1.9.2023:
We have pups on the ground, four weeks old tomorrow. Dam is my awesome working girl, Zelly, and the sire is the handsome Top Ten boy, Walter. Our next litter will be Abby in the spring of 2023 and then Zia (our brown girl) late in 2023. Please complete a puppy questionnaire if you are interested in an OreoBay pup. 2021: February, Abby x Cooper litter - 5 beauties. Kept in the breeding program, the handsome CRUISE, OreoBay Yellow Submarine. What a working dog!
Sept 2021: Raised by co-breeder, Hillary Snyder, a beautiful litter Mamba x Nelson. We have kept Zia from this litter. She is the first brown girl we have kept. Finished her CH at 13months and halfway to her Grand Champion with 3 majors in the following 3 shows! Watch for her in the show ring in 2023! A young special!
December 2021: Zelly x Carbon litter: Kept in the breeding program, beautiful Apply, OreoBay Apple Doesn't Fall Far. She is going to be a wonderful working dog. Currently (2023) in the show ring.
2020: Mamba x Carbon -- raised by co-breeder, Hillary Snyder. A lovely litter. Hillary kept a lovely black wavy girl from this litter, Gema. (OreoBay X Marks The Spot) She will be in the show ring in 2023 as well.
2019: Karma to Oreo (via Frozen semen) Our Beloved Oreo is back! we are using his frozen semen for Karma's second litter. Breeding in March, puppies in May! Stay tuned. Very excited about this one. Oreo has had two frozen litters, one in Norway w/7 pups and one in NC with 11 pups. So jazzed about this breeding! UPDATE: I kept ZELLY out of this litter and she is simply AMAZING! the best working girl ever, and so easy to live with!

11/25/2017: Karma and Smolder are ready for their pups to arrive. We are expecting a large litter on Sunday or Monday, November 26, 27, 2017. If you are interested, please be sure to start with a puppy questionnaire. I will respond to you within a couple of days. Its gets pretty busy when we have new pups in the house.
We still have one wavy black male puppy available from Misha and Cooper due to a family who has decided to wait for the next litter due to a move coming up. This puppy will be available to go home Thanksgiving Week 2017.
Puppies are something special at OreoBay!
We enjoy so many different venues with our dogs, like the show ring, agility, water work, therapy work, and obedience. All of these venues require training time, and time away from home. So we really have to plan our breedings carefully, as they take us away from all of our other events. When we are expecting or raising a litter of puppies at OreoBay, we have to stop all of our other events to focus on doing things right, giving the dam and her babes our undivided attention. We also don't want to bring any unnecessary germs into the home when we have a pregnant mom or a litter of pups.
What this means is that we don't breed that often. Generally, there is one OreoBay litter per year, and occasionally, we will have two litters in a year. So when we have pups, there are usually families who have contacted us well ahead of our breeding schedule to reserve a pup. We also like our families to visit us. This way, we can meet each other, discuss the puppy, and get to know each other better. You can see where the puppies are raised and I can meet you and feel more comfortable where my babies are going.l

OreoBay placed a lovely litter of 9 puppies in January 2013. The sire is GRCH Cortereal Iron Man CD RE CWDX AX MXJ FX GROM AOM CGC, BACCHUS, and the dam is UKC/AKC CH OreoBay ClasSea Wild Ride RN JWD, MALIBU. True to the inconvenient timing that most OreoBay girls put us thorugh, the litter arrived on Thanksgiving Day, 2012. And oh how beautiful! There are 6 males and 3 females in the litter. All wavy, all black with some degree of white markings. The litter number is WS426182. #01 Purple Girl went to California to show and do performance events, as did #04 Blue Boy. Maroon Boy is not far from them, and plans a lifetime of performance activities. All are so lucky to live near Bacchus's owner, Judy, who plans to help them along the way. OreoBay appreciates all nine of our new (and continuing) families. A girl going to Iowa lives with another OreoBay kid, Spash. The Orange boy is here in Mishawaka, exciting for me! Two boys went to Columbus, OH, and how funny this is. The owners live only a mile apart and did not know each other, but do now ---Red and Brown playdates already planned! Our spunky Silver boy is in Winnetka IL, and last but not least, the beautiful Golden girl is a little over an hour away near Lake Michigan. Woot Woot! She is going to play in the water and get involved in agility. Thank you to all of the wonderful families who have adopted these kids. Puppies are planned during the winter of 2014/15. Jenny will be a mommy for the first time, and then a few months later, Patience will have her second lovely litter!
